Our strategy stems from a firm motto: “We Harvest Rights... and Sow Trust,” and is based on an absolute certainty that: “There is no such thing as a bad debt... as long as it is a debt, it exists, and as long as it exists, it is merely awaiting harvest.” A creditor's recovery of the debt owed by the debtor is a legitimate right. Recovering this right is a “craft” that requires a seasoned expert who possesses enough negotiation acumen to persuade the debtor to voluntarily open their grip to surrender what it holds, or the knowledge of the power of the law to pry open that stubbornly clenched fist and return its contents to its rightful owners, whether voluntarily or by compulsory enforcement.
